Inspection conveyor

Inspection conveyor is needed for quality control and product sorting. The design provides for manual selection of low-quality products from the total product flow. It is used for sorting berries, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts.

• The conveyor is made to the dimensions required by the customer
• We install polyurethane tape with cord, to eliminate its descent on the drum or modular tape
• The belts are food grade. Temperature range from - 30 degrees to +80 degrees Celsius.
• The installed gear motor is equipped with a frequency converter (country of manufacture: Italy; equipment brand: Neri Motori).
• Equipped with lighting (Led-lamps)
• The installed tray is divided into three fractions (main and 2 for garbage)
• Connection 380V
