Inspection conveyor with polyurethane belt
The belt on which the product moves is food-grade approved and operates in both warm and low-temperature workshops. To prevent the belt from slipping off, a cord is installed, securely fixing the belt in special channels of the rollers. Scrapers made of food-grade plastic are installed on the frame of the conveyor to clean the belt from product residues on the inside. A removable discharge chute equipped with sliders to control the flow of berries is included. It is equipped with a calibrating grid with a spacing of 8 mm between the bars.
