A puree machine is specialized equipment designed to process vegetables, berries, and fruits into a puree or paste. It removes unwanted particles like seeds and peels, achieving the ideal consistency for jams, sauces, and purees.
The product is loaded into a hopper and enters the first drum with a sieve, where blades mash it through holes ranging from 2-8 mm. Large residues, such as seeds, remain on the sieve, while the processed mass moves to the next stage.
At the second stage, the product enters a second drum with smaller holes, where it is refined to a puree. At this point, residual peels and other solid inclusions are separated, and the pure puree flows into the storage tank.
The puree machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring it is safe and durable for the food industry.
