Why us
CNC Routing in Poltava — INSORTEX: fast, precise and cost-efficient
CNC routing by INSORTEX covers furniture, signage, machine covers and prototypes where you need clean edges, consistent geometry and reliable lead times. We process MDF, particleboard, OSB, plywood, hardwoods for furniture/interiors; PVC, polyethylene, polystyrene, acrylic, polycarbonate, compositesfor signage and industrial panels; plus aluminium for plates, decorative grids and panel work. The work envelope is 1500 × 3000 × 100 mm, allowing large sheets and efficient nesting of kits.
Materials & use cases
Furniture: MDF/plywood fronts and carcass parts, pockets for hardware, chamfers and fillets. Signage: acrylic / PC / PVC letters, logos, light-box panels and 2.5D décor. Industrial: PE, PS, composites — gaskets, pockets, guards and fixtures. Aluminium — panel plates and decorative screens; we advise allowances for downstream finishing (sanding/ano) where needed. Jigs and stops ensure repeatability on series.
- Work area 1500 × 3000 × 100 mm for big panels and kit nesting.
- Operations: 2D/2.5D pockets, profiles, engraving, chamfers, radii.
- Materials: wood, plastics, composites, aluminium.
- From one-offs to series with labelling and kit-packing.
- Material-savvy nesting to cut scrap.
Edge quality & geometry
We aim for clean edges with controlled burr, parallel/perpendicular faces and flatness on long parts. For acrylic we use settings that limit whitening; for PVC/PE we control heat to avoid melting; for wood we set feeds to prevent tear-out. Series get documented checkpoints so batches stay consistent. If the spec calls for chamfers/radii or engraving, it is captured in CAM from the start.
Files & preparation
For 2D, send DXF/DWG/SVG in millimetres (or vector PDF). For 2.5D/reliefs, provide STEP/IGES/STL. Indicate pocket depths, widths, radii/chamfers, tolerances, face orientation and any engraved zones. Only a sketch? We’ll build production drawings, optimise sheet utilisation, add tabs/ears for safe extraction of small parts and suggest finishing allowances. For aluminium, tell us the alloy and edge/flatness requirements so we can select proper tooling and parameters.
Process & lead times
Send files + material; we’ll quote in 15–60 minutes during business hours, agree the schedule and start. Typical production is 1–3 days, with rush options when capacity allows. We check every batch against drawings and edge quality, label and pack kits for installation, then ship across Ukraine (Nova Poshta/courier) or prepare pickup. Clear, predictable, assembly-ready.
Why INSORTEX
We think about the final assembly and the cosmetic outcome, not only toolpaths. Expect practical guidance on relief cuts, minimum radii, acrylic clarity and long-panel flatness — plus honest schedules and responsive communication. The result: parts that fit the first time and save you time and money.
