Why us
Bending, Shearing (Guillotine) & Rolling — one shop for sheet-metal forming in Poltava
INSORTEX provides press-brake bending, guillotine shearing and plate rolling for both series and one-off jobs. We align the engineering details early — bend radii, allowances, face/inside orientation — and run in-process checks so your parts assemble without rework. Whether you need U/L/Z profiles, trays, boxes, lids, brackets or cylindrical shells, we deliver clean geometry, consistent tolerances and clear lead times.
Guillotine shearing — fast, straight and repeatable
Shearing is the most economical way to prepare straight blanks or trim panels prior to forming. We support 1.2–4 mm sheet thickness and a cut length up to 2000 mm, keeping edges straight and dimensions repeatable across batches. For thin stock we recommend cut sequencing and allowances that help preserve flatness and reduce burr. We can mark parts, label kits and prepare edges for subsequent forming or welding operations.
- Thickness: 1.2–4 mm; cut length: up to 2000 mm.
- Straight, clean cuts with minimal burr.
- Optimised nesting to reduce scrap.
- Stops and jigs for repeatability on series.
- Optional edge prep and part labelling.
Press-brake bending — profiles and boxes that fit first time
We form U/L/Z profiles, trays, flanges and boxes. At the drawing stage we verify bend radii, spring-back and angular tolerances, advise on notch/relief placement and face orientation for cosmetic surfaces (useful before powder coating). This prevents corner drift and keeps flange parallelism in assemblies, so parts fit straight out of the box.
Rolling — cylindrical shells with controlled diameter
Our rolls handle lengths up to 2000 mm and thickness up to 10 mm, producing shells with diameters from 250 mm. We tune pass sequences to minimise ovality and achieve uniform curvature. Where needed, we leave welding allowances, prep the edges or form a lock seam (by agreement). Diameter is checked across the batch to maintain consistency for mating parts.
- Rolling length: up to 2000 mm, thickness: up to 10 mm.
- Final diameter: from 250 mm.
- Ovality control and documented tolerances.
- Edge prep for welding/lock-seam on request.
- Kit-packing and labelling for easy installation.
Files, drawings and manufacturability
Send vector DXF/DWG/SVG or a vectorised PDF. Indicate bend radii, allowances, target diameter (for rolling) and required tolerances. If you only have a sketch, we’ll prepare production drawings, propose reliefs and notch positions and optimise sheet utilisation. For borderline thickness/diameter cases we’ll suggest safety margins to avoid distortion and rework.
QC, logistics and added services
We think in terms of the final assembly: batches are checked, labelled and kit-packed, with optional trial fits. Choose pickup or nationwide delivery. Complementary services include welding, threading, grinding/deburring and powder coating — one supplier, assembly-ready parts.
Why INSORTEX
Predictable tolerances, reliable timelines and clear communication. We engage early, ask the right questions and offer manufacturable solutions — so your boxes, profiles and shells fit together the first time.
